"Biang" - hv u ever seen a word as complicated as this?

its the name of some noodles (biang biang mian) famous in shan xi, china.. the character was made up by the people there so its nt an official chinese character u wud see in the dictionary.. hahaha.. omg.. thank god i dun hv to write chinese no longer..
