Week 1 (and a few days before)

i woke up at 2pm today. its an accomplishment cuz i only woke up after 12nn on the 7th day of the holidays. hahaha. ok. but my sleep was interrupted by a message at 10.54am which to my horror, was asking about the math holiday assignment. i went, "YOU FRIGGIN MUGGER!". ok i din actually reply the person with that message (i din reply him at all =x).. but i was really AMAZED. its only the first week and there are alr people mugging. GOD BLESS. =x. i tried to be one of those people. really. i tried real hard. but life's pleasures were too alluring, or rather, i couldn't bring myself to touch the notes. they were to sacred. they were untouchable.

so i started today with Quantum. the concept of wave-particle duality. then i had an epiphany. since atoms display wave-particle characteristics. and we are all made of atoms. dont we hav wave characteristics too?!?! don't we have a period(nt the monthly one for the female gender) and amplitude? ok. some epiphany tt is. hahaha.

i was browsing through some stupid hp vidos taken in 2005. DAMN FUNNY. if anyone wants to hv them just ask me. it's guaranteed to give u a sense of deja vu. and i browsed though my orientation videos too. and i laughed at the lost "LOST" footage thing AGAIN. "1800-i-have-found-the-lost-'lost'-footage-and...." along with the many other corny parodies fr the Sopranos, Apollo 13, CSI, etc.

anyway, science day SUCKS.
first off, they said get people to help you without mention of exactly how many. i got 2. and 2 weeks later.. "oh, u must hv a few more people." - another tic said that it was ok to hv 2 peeps the previous day.
secondly, since i had too few people in my grp and jh's grp had too many pple, they told us to transfer people. i went over the person in charge to ask abt the need to transfer people over and about asking someone else to join (since some other tic previously mentioned about getting your own frens involved so tt can work better and wadever.) i got a bullshit reply. "you dun like his grp ar?"
thirdly, "get more people involved. more people means can slack ma. nt good meh?" - said to someone else. a few seconds later, i asked if i cold drag another person in and got the ans, "too many people alr la."
clearly, this entire event lacks any form of organization and the people in charge dun even hv the same views about the matter. some important event for pj this is. good luck to the primary school kids. i shall motivate them to study, MAKE CORRECT and WISE CHOICES and not come to pj no matter the circumstances. WAHAHA. anyway, by their era, they won't hv the first 3 months thing. (the abv only expresses my dissatisfaction toward the person in charge. not the people who are comngi over.)

TIME magazine is a good thing to read if u can't sleep. 1 page can make ur eyes shut. hahaha. anyway, was reading the issue about Al Gore and people saying that he was going to run for Presidency in the 2008 elections - which he claims he isn't going to cuz he has lost interest in politics or smth? anyway, it mentioned about his docu-film, "An Inconvenient Truth" which i watched a few days later. hahaha. but the facts he present are really facts which can make you rethink what you've done to the environment. plus some parts are quite amusing. won't provide any spoilers but his power point slides are really top grade. (mentioned this cuz i started to think about PW)
