first week over!!

today had e maths p2.. lets analyse.. i officially announce tt i cant spot number patterns! ok soo 100-4-8[for other careless - incl 2 marks for not converting units and 3 for not being able to count money =x and another 3 for other careless] = 88.. [this mark sucks]
e maths paper 1.. 80-4[for stupid pattern]-4[for other careless which i am sure i have none.. i think] = 72
total for e maths --> 89/100.. fail alr la! no a1 alr! wad the fcuk.. why msut have number patterns?!?! I HATE NUMBER PATTERNS!
geog was simple..
english.. compre was simple.. [it reminded me of my other lion essay i wrote about on a safari trip.. not the "standing in the lion's shoes"] although i admit i think i gonna flunk the vocab.. the compo was about marriage.. to which i wrote about why people marry.. this was how i started it..
"For better or for worse till death do us part".. [i know tt there's this in sickness and in health thing.. but nvm la.. haha.] then i say blablabla.. a lot of reasons why people marry.. isn't as simple as saying "I do".. so this was my intro..
then next.. people marrying out of true love.. then talk about arranged marriages and why there were such marriages in the past.. [pple dun marry out of true love -- forced] then i state the irony tt although arranged marrages are no longer that widely practiced, the no. of pple marrying out of true love is not really high.. [i hope the marker is pro-singlehood].. there are otehr factors.. such as MONEY, FAME, blablabla..[ all these are the not so good reasons] then i say about how some women in their 30s marry men who twice or even thrice their age.. [wad happen next i tink you know] i finished this para by saying i doubt their real reasons for marrying... but i admire those who marry out of nothing else but true love. and made them look like saints?? haha.. i sort of praised them a lot.. the world to use here is eulogize??
next, i cont by saying how people marry to have children despite being able to adopt and approach sperm banks [LOL].. said something along having a complete family and not robbing the child of the motherly / fatherly love he deserves.. and create a conducive env for the child to grow up in and i brought in how these children may get teased for coming from single families, the psychological scarring tt results and blablabla..and of course, having studied the baby bonus for like 10 times alr.. i had to bring tt in.. WAHAHa. i know u're gonna laugh.. lol..but $18000 baby bonus.. $6000 given by govt and the rest is sumthing about mathing your contributions to the child's dunno wad fund.. summore 65% income tax relief for 4th child.. wah... haha.. so attractive.. haha. not saying tt i would marry for this.. but there are people out there who do.. i think..
next is the fame part.. where i brought in celebrities.. the latest Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise.. and JLo.. wahaha. saying that this keeps them in the limelight and all this..
i dun think i have any more pro-marriage factors.. hmm.. then i wrote about the anti-marriage.. but only a short para.. brought in the the geography population factors for low birth rate.. lol.. women --> educated --> independent --> successful careers.. people dun wan to be chained down by the constraints of marriage.. rather have close friends of opposite sex than a lifelong commitment.. find marriage a burden and all these..
conclusion.. i i cant rmb wad i wrote.. but i rmb saying wad standing at the alter, wad saying "I do" to the person i will cherish for the rest of my life.. LOL..[ omg icant believe i wrote such... erm erm..]
hmm.. i actually wanted to write about marriage practices.. but i din know any.. if i had known.. i think it would have been a better essay.. sian..
ss.. hmm.. my SEQ i think i made it.. my SBQ.. sucks.. lol.. 5 more subjects.. 1 more week. 4 more days.. i will now have confidence in my answers and will close my ears to any pple who ask / refrain myself from asking..
